In some circumstances after speaking to you, it may become apparent that the solutions we offer are not suitable. In these instances, we would purely share your name, Company name and contact details.

Alternatively, you can request that we do not contact you again. In this instance, we will retain only the Company name to mark it as do not contact on our database. If we do not retain the Company name then you may be contacted in error in future.

We do not sell, distribute or lease your information. We only share information at your request, and with your consent, with the Insolvency Practice and any companies we may refer you to if our services are not suitable for your specific circumstances.
